Dear Mr. Clauson,

There is a question under the Hong Kong

Companies' Ordinance 1932 whether private companies

such as ours require to file a copy of their balance

sheets, and our Hong Kong house advise us that the

Registrar in Hong Kong has an open mind on the subject

and is writing home for a ruling. We do not have to

file copies of our private balance sheet in this

country and naturally do not wish to do so in Hong Kong.

Can you inform us from whom we can obtain definite

information on this point, as it is a question of some importance to us?
